READ IT! Read the summary..... NOWHERE AT ALL IN THIS SUMMARY DOES HE SAY EXACTLY WHAT HE MEANS BY THE PHRASE "HOLOCAUST INDUSTRY." Some of it is rather higgeldy-piggeldy:)
